Do you have patent protection on your idea? Have you copyright protected your creative works? Why not stick your pics/plans/printouts/proof into a jiffy bag, send it recorded delivery to yourself and give it your solicitor for safe keeping? What about design right and registration to protect your products' "shape, configuration, pattern and ornamentation" ? Have you registered a trade mark? Have you licenced your intellectual property to your own business to create a secondary income?
